Return Policy

Our main focus is always your satisfaction which is why we offer a flexible return policy. All returns that can be categorized as being in new and re-sellable condition (packaging and products are both intact)) for OuterTrails.com can be returned, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items that are categorized as used (packaging and/or products are damaged, opened, or non-resellable as brand new) are subject to higher restocking fees, or may not be eligible for return at all. Once we receive your email, you will be emailed further instructions on how to process your return. We always recommend using a trackable shipping service to track the progress of your package. Additionally, insurance is recommended for high-value shipments.

Please note that original Shipping Fees cannot be refunded for products that are delivered within the original delivery window estimate provided during checkout.

In certain situations, buyers will be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount will be deducted from the refund. As always, if there are any additional questions or concerns please state them in your message.
